The National Management Committee Guide for Community Legal Centres is a resource to help new and current Management Committee members understand the different facets of their role and, by more thoroughly informing and preparing them, improve their performance. It is also a tool for centre staff, which will help them understand the functions of the Management Committee and their respective rights and obligations.
We hope the Guide will assist centre staff to support and look after their Management Committee, thus improving retention of existing members and helping to attract new ones.
Each member centre of NACLC will receive a hard copy of the guide along with the training workbook.
